Purpose of data processing

This platform is used exclusively for testing and development purposes. It helps users simulate and prepare passenger rights claims, refund requests and mobility service inquiries. During the current test phase, no data is actually transmitted or forwarded to rail operators or third parties.

What data is processed

Depending on usage, the following data may be processed and stored locally for testing purposes:

• First and last name
• Contact details
• Travel and booking information
• Details of delays or cancellations
• Uploaded documents or sample evidence

No actual processing by external service providers takes place.

Disclosure of data

No personal data is shared with Deutsche Bahn AG, rail operators or any other third parties. All data entered is processed exclusively within the test environment and is used solely for demonstration and development purposes.

Legal basis

Processing takes place as part of the testing and development phase to improve the platform.

Storage

Personal data is stored solely for testing purposes and may be deleted at any time. There is no entitlement to permanent storage.

User rights

Under the GDPR, users have the following rights:
